WHAT can be returned?
No Returns. In the event of quality negligence or broken items, we will fix or replace the item in question upon receiving the faulty item.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Items must be returned within 10 business days of purchase to receive a refund.

WHERE do items need to be returned to?

If a return is necessary, please send an email to getclean@gotpolys.com with your order confirmation number you received when you placed your order along with a description of your problem or broken item. Items should be addressed for return to:

Customer pays for all return shipping rates.

CREDIT for returns?
No credit will be issued for returns. In the event of a defective item, a new item will be shipped to you at the expense of Gotpolys.com.
