WHAT do we ship?
Each item for purchase from our STORE is shipped from Austin, TX. This includes Poly's Clear Tech Fluid, spray bottles, triggers, wash mitts, and microfiber towels.

WHEN do we ship?
Orders received by 9pm CST will ship out on the following day. If you need expedited shipping, please call Customer Support (512-266-6665) after your order has been placed.

WHERE do we ship to?
Gotpolys.com ships worldwide. Standard shipping charges will apply based on geographic location and weight.

HOW do we ship?
Gotpolys.com ships orders using USPS Priority or Express Mail.

RATES to ship?
Gotpolys.com calculates shipping rates based on geographic location and packaged weight plus reasonable packaging and handling charge. We do not inflate shipping costs.

How to track an order that's been shipped?
Gotpolys.com can provide USPS shipping delivery number, although you may not be able to track the exact location of package.

In store pick up option?
Gotpolys.com does not currently offer in store pickup option.

Recycling of packing materials?
Gotpolys.com strives to use the most environmentally friendly shipping materials.
